does any body know how to soilder the wires to the motor and also the correct pinion to use my motor is a 12x1HS shurikarn for don vallety

i have the same motor, what i did was let the iron sit till its nice and hot, then i used sand paper on the part where the wires from your esc goes a little then pop it on - it will take a while till the connections heat up as the V2's are so good at keeping cool.
gearing wise depends on what car - in my B4 i have my car geared at 22/81 but i can go up another 1 or 2 teeth.

how about soldering on the schottky diodes ?

Push the Schottky diode's legs under the silicone sleeve of the motor wires and solder as usual.
This has the added benefit of not needing a Schottky per motor.
