This is just a thought - but I want to see what you lot think about it - is to charge an extra pound per person during the "Autumn Series", give them a raffle ticket, and then put the money into a prize fund for a draw at the end of the series.
Over a 12 week series at 20 drivers per week, this would give around £240 or more to spend on raffle prizes.
What do you think?
What sort of prizes would you like to see if we did this?

Personal Transponders :)
Sounds like a good idea. What about making the extra £1 mandatory but the raffle tickets being given out after the track has been put away?
Tyres and motors would be good prizes.

Yeah that'd be good.
PT's would be good, as would maybe a few stocks motors.
And give them out after the track has been set up as less people seem to do that.

My idea was to make it mandatory for the duration of the series - i.e. £5 for members with £1 returned at the end of the night if you help pack away over the 12 weeks.
That way, the more rounds of the series you do, the more entries into the final week draw that you have - and the more chance of winning a nice prize.
PT's are not a bad idea - but we have started the saving scheme to try and help pay for those - and I'm sure Dave wouln't want to win another - timing may also be an issue.
Prizes I had thought about could include:
- Cell pack
- Body shell
- Tyres / inserts
- Motor
- Cell discharger / equaliser
- Set-up Board / Station
- Hex wrenches
All depending on how much money was raised.

I could have a word with Kevin at work, see if he would do a custom shell as a prize if you want.
