Diff Tension

Could you let me know how tight the diffs should be in a mission. Should you not be able to turn a rear wheel (with front held tight) and opposing rear tight. Or should there be a small amount of 'slippage'. Also should this be the same front and rear.

I run no slip at all in the rear and slightly looser in the front (about 1/2 a turn slip if that makes sense.)
