Been panhandling the car around broxtowes kerbs for while now. Now i am noticing a fair bit of tweak in the chassis how do i get it out?

First steps - release the chassis pressure by removing the shocks and unscrewing the top deck.

Then, on a level surface, refit the top deck, then the shocks - recheck tweak and adjust via the shock collars, as per the setup book

build your car on top of a flat glass coffee table, and push down on the chassis while rebuilding in order to build it as flat as you can.

yea best thing to do is un-do the top deck and puch down on the front and rear shock towers and tighten the screws up, usally takes 2 people,

Your not driving a jokomo now! Just do what Mr Treacy said.

make sure you put preasure on the shock towers so it flattens the chassis out

Ok you goaded me into answering.

I remove chassis tweak by untightening every screw that goes into the bulkheads. This includes the screws under the chassis, topdeck and the shock towers.

Then i retighten the screws untill they are nearly tight then nip them up evenly like you would with engine bolts.
I then tighten the top deck with the car sat on a flat surface (i use my setup board). Then the shock towers and finally the front bumper mount.

No need to put pressure on the car in anyway unless your chassis is bent or your screws have not been tightened properly!

Then check tweak with the shocks as Mr Treacy and the setup book suggests.

Puzzles me a bit this one,

The screws are countersunk, so the holes are tapered! meaning that however much you press on the chassis, when the screws are tight, they will set the tweak of the chassis in an unadjustable position! Therefore f you got tweak, its staying,

I would say the only way to truly get rid is to turn the top deck upside down, and use longer button headed screws to tighten it after doing the coffe table bit!
