AGM Proposals

Time for the AGM soon. AGM to be at Skean Dhu Hotel Dyce on November 9th at 10:00 am

This topic is for everyone to submit their proposals for changes to the club on all topics.

Please submit your proposals here.
Please give the following info:

1. Give your full name as Proposer
2. If you have a seconder, give their full name, someone who agrees with your proposal (optional)
3. Both Proposer and Seconder must be members of s.d.r.c.c.
4. Give a clear but brief description of the proposal.

If you want to second a proposal you see here, send me a Personal Message or Email, and I will amend the proposal and add it to the AGM Official Agenda post, and the matter will be raised at the AGM.

Proposal: Offer discount to members if membership and race fees paid in advance.

If members pay membership, BRCA fee and race fees for one full championship, they qualify for a 15% discount.

That means £20 (club) + £8 (brca) + 8 x £5 (£40, race)
Total would be £68 for a year's racing.
If paid before or at first meeting, the cost would be only £57.80 (saving £10.20).
Any cancelled meetings (meeting wasn't rescheduled) would mean a returned £5 per meeting.
