Well folks it looks like we are going to have a dry weekend.
Don't forget that practice on Sunday morning will be in heat order starting at 7.30am. You will only get 1 run, so please don't be late. A heat list will be posted on Saturday, if you have obtained a personal transponder since you sent your entry off and wish to use it PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
If anyone out there would like to help out with various jobs that are required to keep the meeting going on Sunday please come and find me in race control or PM me. All offers greatly appreciated.
See you all either Saturday or Sunday.

evening john, will you be running the loop on saturday for lap timing? i only ask this as i can be prone to the odd glitch when running a p.t. as the weight rule now favours running one i want to try and cure my problem!

Right before I say anything about todays meeting I have to say a massive thank you to 4 people. Andy (The Iceman) Oldman, John (I only came to the market to buy some socks) Styles, Rob (Mr BBK Software) and my son Tristan. The reason for the thanks is far to involved, but without these guys help there would have been no meeting. Now on a sour note, the 4 people who offered their help for today and then did not bother to turn up, you know who you are THANKS FOR NOTHING.
Right I feel better know. Apologies to all the drivers for the delay in starting this morning, but the weather was rather nice and it did give you a bit more time to charge and do other stuff. Qualifying was its usual hectic self with 23 laps needed to make the A and then a whole host of drivers on 22 all vying for places in the B,C,D and I think even into the E. Both legs of all the finals were hard fought and all the winners deserved their places. The A final results have already been posted here http://www.rcracechat.com/vb/showthread.php?t=8197 by Andy so I won't repeat them and a full listing will be available from the club website www.smmcc.co.uk tomorrow.

Thanks for a good meeting Jon (and there were some 23 lappers that didn't make teh A   ). Sure things were a little late starting, but that didn't seem to be a huge problem. Personally i think we should start later anyway, then i could spend more time in bed of a Sunday morning
