Hacker Brushless

Anyone have one of these?

I will shortly be getting a Hacker C40-10S Brushless motor, and the Hacker Master Race ESC. I run the Novak SS currently in my Pro 4, and have ordered the Hacker for my SD SSG.

Looked at the Orion Vortex, Lehner and Schuzle Brushless systems, but decided on a Hacker in the end as they have a distributer in the UK.

If anyone has one, I would be interested to hear your views.

The Hacker website recommends their Master Car Sport esc for 1/10 TC, but the uk distributor doesn't list that particular one so which Hacker Master esc have you chosen instead, and perhaps why?

I'm interested in BL because of the eradication of brush and comm maintenance but have yet to take the plunge.

I have a mate with the same Hacker in his Emaxx - unbelievably quick, even in limited mode!

I'll try to borrow it from him for my Xray, but I doubt he'll let me, too busy running it!

Who is the distributer?

I actually had a long chat with the UK distributer, and the setup I mentioned was the one he recommended for a 1/10 RC on road setup. I will get the exact ESC model number when I speak to him next on Friday.

Distributor is a gentleman called Gordon Tarling, and he deals with the Hacker factory direct. Took me a while to find a UK outlet for Hacker, and he is still waiting for some UK stock - but the BL choice in the UK is looking promising if he can get the stock in from the US! ( I don't work for him, and this is not an advertisment, just meerly information)
