TRF spring rates

Hi folks

I've just got some Flouride coated TRF shocks to fit on my Schumacher Mi2 and the shocks come with a yellow/goldie coloured spring which i believe to be a 'medium' spring.

Does anyone have a spring rate list etc for Tamiya springs?

or shall i just use AE springs like every one else.
