Low Ratio Layshaft Assembly

Can anyone help me in fitting the pulleys on the layshaft assembly that comes with the low ratio x-ray gears? Either I have some parts missing or I need to adapt the shaft as I cannot use the oneway as a spacer and cannot fix the 1st pulley.
If anyone has fitted the x-ray parts or knows how to do it then I would really appreciate some help.

You need to use the solid layshaft in the x-ray(black) pulley set, or you need to find a suitable spacer as their is not one in the kit.

Thanks for that. I can probably find a spacer but how do I fix the first pulley,will I have to drill and pin the shaft? That,I should imagine isn't easy.

Yeah I think you do, your right it will be tricky. I think that is the only way of doing it though.
