hi
was after soon help gearing 12x2 core touring and 19T reedy spec (silver can) motors, for a midium to large track indoors on carpet????
any help would be great

I assume you are running a TC3.
Using the 72t spur gear try using a 20, 21 or 22 tooth pinion. Also if possible see what gear ratios other drivers are using. If you need to work out your final ratio use the following method:
(Internal ratio) x (Teeth on spur / teeth on pinion)
The internal ratio for the TC3 is 2.5

For the 19T start with 25T for a small track upto really big for a large track ;)

I use a 22/23 on a P2K2 Pro indoors on quite a small track (10 second laps), so with a modified or 19 a couple of teeth lower should be good.

Yes 25.
I use either 25/69 or 26/69 on largish carpet with Reedy 'Spec' 19 turn, just to keep up on the straight.
