Reps can send information they wish distributed to the SMTCA Focal Point.
We honour and respect the privacy of our users. We do not sell, rent, share or loan our mailing-lists. The sole use of the mailing list is to advise subscribers of news from the SMTCA member clubs and new developments to the Championship and web site. On occasion we may accept info from individual drivers involved in the series where the info may be valuable to the drivers in the list.
We only send information to those who request it, and immediately unsubscribe those who ask. Sometimes people subscribe for their friends and while we cannot prevent that, the messages sent to subscribers include details of how to unsubscribe as required by the latest legislation. No Personal information about you is collected, except where volunteered on mailing lists/registration forms. Information supplied by users is stored in a secure manner and is not accessible to web browsers, or offline.
