Outdoors you have to go some to beat it, rides the bumps like nothing else 8)

Got it in one! It's a bit thirsty on minipins indoors depending on your driving style, after working on a setup for the whole ( :P ) indoor season I'm pretty confident I've got it sorted, my tires now do 2.5 meetings instead of 1 ;D

Race mine every Tuesday on carpet, and can get 3/4 meetings out of the tyres. At the Indoor Finals ran old tyres all weekend.

Contrary to what I've previosly said, it depends on the carpet. I know we cain them at York, but the carpet they use at my old club they last as long at the fronts I believe.

i used my B4 for the last 3 meets of the indoor series after getting fed up of the saloon. In those 3 meetings, i used 3 sets of rear minipins and 1 set of front minipins. Excellent car though without a doubt. ;D

Not too bad now I've found a motor/setup combination that works all 4 tires evenly ;D

:-[ sussed me!! -lol
put it this way i bought my b4 after watching others outdoors at my club. the majority of the cars were losi's but there were 2 b4's and i chose the b4 it looked like nothing else with a really low centre of gravity it looked gr8. I then bought mine and after building it with no problems ive raced it every saturday and it just dosent break (no matter how hard i try!, apart form when a jealous losi driver took me out on the straight and i snapped a wishbone!) its just so reliable. my m8's have losi's and they sit there all try trying to tune theres and im a novice so i dont and my b4 just handles awesome from the stock setup!my car just drives gr8 with no attention! i love it. i strongly recommend it m8.

but when you progress onto faster motors, or you are looking for that extra "edge" you too will sit there tuning your chassis.
It is a very good car, it's quick, it is excellent through the bumps, but I for one just cannot get on with it. It just doesn't suit my driving style at all.
That why I have a BK2 now!
