Hello All,
have just added the results of the meeting to my website.
The overall Championship Positions will follow within the next few days.
I have a busy weekend so I doubt they will be posted till the beginning of next week at the earliest.
Any complaints please highlight them at the EGM in April or anyway you feel appropriate.
Clive.
No complaints here - many thanks, Clive, for doing this job.
Cheers Clive,
Great job. 8)

Excellent job Clive,
and thanks for doing the timekeeping job all season, I know that it can be a very un-rewarding job and you've done brilliantly for the last six months, I don't think you should cop for reffing as well as watching the box (personal view, one person, one job at a time!). For all the cynics out there, at one point over the weekend Clive had 3 hats on, all in areas of considerable responsibility, this isn't on, reffing a big track on your own is hard work (I'm glad I didn't have a final to do!), watching the computer can be hectic (if you have a bug die) add to that the responsibility of race director (while the race director was racing), that's a whole load of stress! WELL DONE MATE!

Thanks Gareth.
I would like to thank all of the 1/12th Section Comittee for all their help and assistance during the 03-04 season.
Without them the season would not have been a success.
I has been hard work, and thanks must go to the racers for putting up with me behind the mic for the last two seasons.
Also, a quick thank you for the Host clubs who have supplied great venues and tracks.
Thanks again to you all and roll-on 04-05!!!
Clive.

OK so it now looks official or maybe not pending a recount that I may be F3 champ for 2003/4 but can you explain why the points are different in the Championship and F3 tables on your site. I have 803 in CHAMPIONSHIP POSITIONS as against 805 for F3 CHAMPIONSHIP POSITIONS.
I was congatulated on the day by Kyle Treacy and one or two others on the result but heard nothing announced later in the day or did I leave to early ?

Glenn,
As you have quoted the following:
I was congatulated on the day by Kyle Treacy and one or two others on the result but heard nothing announced later in the day or did I leave to early ?
As you can obviously do a better job of the qualifications officer, for next season I will not be standing next year as we have just had a volunteer for the position.
Gareth will be receiving my propposal for Glenn Attertton as the new Qualifications officer.
Referance the points, try clicking the Re-fresh button on your browser.
At least it means I can get rid of the car and get a new bike, thanks Glenn. :D

Glenn,
1: As you can obviously do a better job of the qualifications officer, for next season I will not be standing next year as we have just had a volunteer for the position.

Ex-BRCA 1/12th Qualifications Officer
1: Kind of you to suggest I could do a better job than you as Qualifications officer. Who's volunteered for the job though ?
2: Doesn't that need someone to second it. I guess no one will back it and I would not be able to fit it in around racing, work & home, just don't have the time to do everything. Oh and by the way it's ATTERTON thank you Clyve. :D
3: Did that several times, even unloaded cookies from PC to correct loading this site but it still said 803 v 805 no matter what I did. I see it's changed now though.
See you on race control next year
Oh by the way did F1, 2 & 3 champions "pending clarification" get a mention before the close of play at the GP ?
Spellings corrected using "ieSpell". You should try it sometime before posting.

glenn i think you need to take a chill pill mate...
i dont care what anyone says, clive has done a great job for the past two seasons and i applaud him for that... plus he's had to put up with some idiots all season...
running the computer at club is demanding, let alone at a BRCA sanctioned meeting...
i will second the proposal for glenn to be qualifying officer...
we all need to recognise that 12th scale is a small section, and also that every single sections comitee are volunteers!
chill guys, chill
p.s. see you at the aiport tomorrow guys!
matt and ben :D
Glenn
If you have any concerns with the BRCA 1/12 section officers or the work they do on our behalf please direct them to the section chairman (currently me), not the officer concerned.
There are very valid reasons why there were delays in the results of the F2 and F3 being published, reasons that do not have to be stated here on a public forum.
You have performed well over the last season, winning the F3 championship, arguing with officials in an open forum such as this does not do you or the section any favors.
