As i understand it the brca says its 8.44. I own a bc6-10 charger which only takes it up to 8.40 which on the line is about 8.37. How could i get the the voltage up so that was between 8.40 and 8.44 on the line.

8.4V is the industry standard cut-off for a 2S LiPo. Don't waste your time over that "missing" 0.07V (7 hundreths of a volt)!! You're not going to loose out in any way over it and you wouldn't notice it if you had it, one mishap on the track will lose you a lot more than that even in the best hands ;)
