Hi everyone,
Not sure if this has already been done before but I am looking for some good Tarmac setups for the rayspeed chassis and also some general hints on assembley. If this has already been done Mods feel free to delete

Hi Mark. Greetings from Malta.

Looking at the way people are running the Rayspeed chassis in other countries, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in set up between SSG, Rayspeed, and even CGM.

Try something like Chris Grainger or Adam Rogers use. I'm sure it will work.

Certainly out here I haven't needed to alter mine much.

Had a great day yesterday. Son Josh clinched his 6th National title with an outstanding display. He just ran away from everyone in mod.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

Yes, well done Josh.

Where is this set up? I'm gonna test the car with the standard setup first. but then I will need to tweak it so any help would be useful.

Mark, hope you got your Helpful head on, as I'm going to be bugging you alot down at the track for tips. ;D

No worries Fausto, sure we can get your car going and maybe mine as well, although on initial testing with the rayspeed refitted seem to have got it sorted and all seems fine
See you soon

Hi friends. greetings from Malta.

MARK. Glad to see you are pleased with the Rayspeed.

I took mine down to the track this afternoon, after not having touched it for 2 or 3 weeks. It was great straight away - just 5 seconds off the winner's time the last 5 minute race meeting - that winner was Josh, so it really was going well.

We have a drag race meeting on Saturday so everybody's building dragsters. Great fun!

Fausto, good to see you've decided on a Yoke. They don't get much better.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

Hey Joe,

Dragsters? based on which cars? sounds like a good laugh. :D
Yes, Yok seems the way forward to me dispite various threads to the contrary.
At the end of the day, I just can't be bothered with belts.

None other thing Joe, if I wanted to get Rayspeed shock springs do I get the long type?

Hi Fausto.

I don't use Rayspeed springs. I use AE TC3 ones. You should be able to get them more easily in UK, and there is a bigger choice.

Log into CML website to see a pic of Josh and our latest press release.

Regards

Joe.
