The Associated wheel nuts do come off pretty easy, try the Trinity ones, there thinner so all the ny-lock gets used.
Or you could try putting the Associated wheels nuts on backwards

No problems with mine.

I've still got the original wheel nuts that came with my kit 3 years ago.

the kit ones are ok, but i use IRS ones, with the little bit of nylon in the middle. they never come undone.
also they're a bit thinner so dont stick out as much

I always run my wheel nuts backwards so its always tight on the nylon

Just bolt them on with (associated) Locktite.
(Yes, you will get them off again)

Hi friends. greetings from Malta.

The only nut that has a habbit of coming undone is the left front. But this is only since we use a spool in front.

Just needs checking after every run.

We use IRS nuts too.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

Can someone please PM me with a stockist of the IRS wheel nuts? Apparently Trinity no longer make the low profile nuts for a TC3!

Thanks.
