HELP PLEASE XXXS

I have just build my xxxs and all was fine. It runs extremelly smooth and free BUT if i pick up the car and turn left or right full lock and rev it i get excessive wheel shake and a 'catching' noise. Nothing is catching though. Are the driveshafts going past their operational limit or is it a different problem.
Any help would be appreciated as im racing tommorow!!

you've hit the nail on the head mate. it's been discussed in here a lot recently. at full lock the inside wheel chaters, and it seems to come from the pin in the CVD hitting off the yoke. as you state, past it's effecient limit.

TBH, i can't recall ever using full lock in a race situation on a xxx-s.

one thing that seems to make it worse is if you run the spool on the front. mine seems better with the diff in it.

I've never seen full lock on the XXX-s to be needed. I think I can run at about 65% of full lock and it's still a well performing car.

I always run full lock on mine! It is definitely worse with a spool, but with a diff or one-way mine seems fine at full lock, you need to put the little washers in as highlighted on the FAQ section.

Mine makes a noise if you spin the wheels in the air, but is fine on the track, I don't think picking the car up gives a true indication of what the car does on the track.
