Grass setups for XXX4 G+ and BK2

Just bought both these cars and i am gearing up for the outdoor season. I have built the kits as the stock manual setup, but i realise these are probably for something like clay that they race on in America. Does anyone have a good setup for either of these cars on a grass track that is and open and smooth. I have seen Rich Cree's setup on the Losi site but was wondering where he run it at that time of the year?
