Yokomo shock caps

Can Yokomo shock caps, the ones with the bleed screws be used sucessfully with Asscociated (B4) shocks?

Its just I hate re building shocks and am guessing this will make it easier.

yep, i think dave bailey uses them.. i do on my bc special anyway (b4 shocks)
