Losi xxx-s Lacks pace

My Losi xxx-s seems to have lost pace against the likes of the Missions, TC3's, Yokomos etc!

Can anyone suggest some good up-grades?

It is a standard xxx-s with the Graphite upgrade, No other upgrades have been done apart from Alloy hubs!

I mainly run it on Carpet.

Any help would be much appreciated

Try the new longer belt, that seems to help a bit. Should be "off the pace" though, perhaps your set-up's not as good. ???

Yes the set-up probably is one of the main factors! I have been told that you can buy shock towers etc that can give better/more set-up points!

Not heard of the longer belt before! How would that improve the car!

May have to spend a bit of time trying to set it up better by the sounds of things!

Have a look in the Losi section, especially at the FAQ in there.

The g+ shock towers give more camber link positions comparted to the normal xxx-s towers. that may be what you mean.

strange that.. we're back on the pace with the xxx-s's over here...... 8)
