TC3 19t gearing

I just bought a Peak Dynasty for my TC3 and I'm wondering what sort of gearing people are using with them. I'm running on a small/medium sized indoor track and would like to use the 72 tooth sized spur gear.

Ditto 22 or 23 / 72 indoors on carpet, in a hall that has around a 10 sec lap
