I just bought a tc3 last night and the gearing (pinion 2 spur) sound abit rough :o is it ment i was told it was. ::)

check your gear mesh. if this does not solve the problem then buy a new spur gear and pinion and also check the freeness of the transmission

My gearing makes a rough noise, I am told it is just a noisy spur gear. It doesn't make the noise with my other spur gears.

I would say that spur gear is shot. Get another one should sort it
