1st Corally
cheap oe t&g foams
easy fit wheels/rims & batteries using "C" clips to secure.
proper thrust race for diff sealed from dirt

2nd Calandra
easy fit cells using "O" ring to secure. Expensive oe t&g foams

3rd any others that need cells taped in.

Second Glenn's choice, with these additional benefits

Loads of people run Corally, so getting a set-up is easy anywhere you race. Spares are readily available. Car is strong. HTH :)

I would go for an associated or a corally, as these are the two most popular cars. Therefore, spares and technical support are easy to find!
