Blue turnbuckle rod ends

Seen a few cars with blue ones, is this just for 'cosmetics', or do they out perform the kit ones

The ones I have are by RPM and they don't bend where the tie rod ends as easily as the kit black ones.

And the RPM ones will not pop off as easily.
(Nor will the go one very easily though ;) )

The black ones in the kit will can wear rather quickly causing them to come off if you hit something.

Thanks 4 replies, never had problems with them popping off, just lots of play in steering and suspension. I'll give them a go
