Hey guys... how was the meet today..? How many of you were fine tuning for Rd1 of the SIWS..?

:'( Sorry I couldn't make it today but I had to sort out a minor disaster in the bathroom..!

The water connection to the ballcock valve decided to drip unnoticed overnight and create a small ornamental water feature in the kitchen!! I came into the kitchen this morning to get my hauler etc and suddenly realised my socks were getting wet..! First I looked down and then I looked up, but my age-addled brain could not compute what my eyes were telling it!! There was water all over the place but where was it coming from..? I'll tell you... it was dripping from the light fitting!!!:confused::eek::confused: I checked out the bathroom which is above the kitchen and saw the problem.. duh!! Cue hasty turning off of the main water valve under the sink..!
So no probs.. nip the nut up and bobs yer uncle.. WRONG!! the plastic thread into the cistern snapped clean off!! Cue even more water cascading into the kitchen!! SO, a trip to Wickes's when it opened, do the job.. sorted!! Sadly by this time sunday morning was over... ah well, such is life!!

SO WHAT DID YOU DO TODAY..?

Spent all day trying to find someone who can fetch my broken car back from Macclesfield. Hence, I wasn't there either!

Hello you two ,

We had a good meeting today with 24 drivers, a great battle in Stock Touring between the Walker brothers with Jonathan taking the win , Andy Lodwick TQ and win in 1:12 and I'd have to check who won Pro Stock, it's slipped my mind.

Martin,no longer SIWS - it's the Nitroflight Challenge this year :)

should be good in 2 weeks
