You wont be able to race that if the race meeting is run to BRCA rules. The rules say that any motor can be used with 4 cells, but only a 27T stock can be used with 6 cells. Mind you, a 19T on 6 cells should fly! ;D

running car outside on very smooth tarmac car park.
with 12 in it could get it above half throttle without spinning.
will green compound tyres be ok outside

Ask Jim spencer, as he may know what tyres work outside. Are you using additive, as it'll make the tyres much better!? The greens are very soft

Hi
Its not going to be the tyres that are the problem, you could go to really soft tyres such as White's and run addative but you'll still get very little grip as the tarmac is probably very dusty.
This is a bit like running on tiny ball bearings, and at a guess cleaning the car park isn't going to be an option!
Best bet to enjoy your 1/12 is either to find a proper track to run on, otdoors would be fine, or beter still find your nearest indoor club and come and join the fun!
