I've just got myself some 5300mah lipos and I'm upgrading my charger, I was getting the bc6 but it only charges upto 5amp? I'm taking it this won't do. What charger will be best? I was thinking the lrp pulsar 3?

I thought it would have to charge at the least 5.3 amp to do a 5300mah lipo?

you can charge it at any amp rate UP TO a recommended 5.3 amps (1C) There's absolutely nothing wrong with charging at less than that.

I thought as a fast charge you could charge more than 5.3 on a 5300? I'd worry about the time

.3 of an amp won't make enough difference Chris. Lipo's don't charge the same way as NimH, you're not looking for some sort of peak voltage. They'll hit 8.4 pretty quick, then the charger will drop the amps anyway to maintain that voltage.
Once they're at 8.4 they are more than 80% charged anyway, which will be plenty for a run.
