I just thought that I would pass on our experience of dealing with a shop that to me has given very good service.
We had a Corally 6.5 motor fail at the Brooklands STCC round which was not very old. After tracking down that the distributor is no longer Horizon, but now Modeltech, I contacted Mike Smith, explained our situation and sent the motor back. 3 days later including post time, we had a replacement unit.
We all including myself complain really strongly about bad service, and rightly so, but in the process we often forget the really good service we sometimes get and take it for granted.
I would have posted this earlier as this occured last week but pc problems delayed this.
Anyway, well done Mike - top job!
