Hi

I currently run a TC3 Nitro - FT, and have had relatively good success in my ltd racing history of last year!!

I am looking to run some summer series at my locals and the BRCA club events at some meets. Rubber series!!

I have noticed that less people are running TC3's when at events and seem to be running serpent 710's and other variants.

I know the TC3 is a very competitive car in rubber series but I have been looking at changing! I enjoy 200MM Scale rubber and am not interested in running foam this year!

So I guess what I am asking is what are the top Drivers going to be running this year in Scale rubber!!!

As far as I know most if not all the "Top" drivers are sticking with what they had last year, or the latest model of. I know only of 2 A Finalists from last year who are changing cars. 1 has gone to a Schumacher and the other is going to try the new Ho Bao when it finally arrives.

Thanks for your reply Jon,

Do you know what the majority of the top drivers will be sticking with in scale rubber??

I am certainly not expecting to be anywhere near them but would at least like to be competitive in my level.

I guess what I am trying to find out is what the main cars to go for in scale rubber! And is the TC3 still one of them!

Cheers, Simon

Basic list:- Schumacher R12 Championship Winning Car
Yokomo GT4
NTC3
Team Magic
Mugan
Serpent

If my memory serves me right all the above cars had top 3 finishes last year at one round or another with obviously the R12 coming out on top.
You pays your money and you take your choice.
No doubt Cartman can expand on this if you require more info.

im not sure about the serpent but new car should!
to be honest all the cars are OK, Steve lander will be quick with his tc3 and privateer entrant Bruce Thompson came third with one!
stick with what u have and spend your money on testing and setting it up, try CML for set up sheets
