E2 error code?

Hi all,

Used one of my 3600 TP packs last week for a bit of practice, forgot to time the run and so let the lipo cutoff come into play, car came stopped immediately.

Put the pack back onto charge using both the Trakpower charger and balancer. Got to about 30 mins into charge when the charger started beeping its head off showing 'E2' on its display. Thought it was just having a funny, so set it to charge again and within a minute it did the same again so called it day.

I didn't keep the instructions with my charger and so have no clue about 'E2'.

Does anyone know what this is? Is my Lipo damaged?

Have had the same. I am not 100 percent sure but I have a feeling it was because my 12V was running low.

Check your source that you are charging off.

Unless anyone else can offer an alternative suggestion

'E2' - Connection Break
There is a break of connection between the battery pack and the charger's output.

Remove the balancer from the circuit and do a full charge using just the charger alone first to recover the battery pack.

Yup happened to me on several occassions; those tyre warmers sure suck the juice out of a 12v:D
