Depends on the motor you are running and the size of track (indoors/outdoors).

Indoors on Foam or rubber tyres?
There is a thread in stock motors on the Team Paridgm motor that might prove helpful.
Ratio on 22/72 is 8.18.
23 pinion = 7.83
24 = 7.5
25 = 7.2

Rob, come and talk to me at the club this evening and I will help you with it then. If you wanted to know, I run my P2K2 Pro on 23/72, on this ratio my car has very good acceleration and is still quite fast on the straight. If you let me have a go of your car (I will try not to crash it ;)) then I will be able to tell you if it is over or under geared. Do you have a range of pinions? If not I would suggest you buy a few, I now have 21-26 inclusive.
