Does adjusting the front wheel base on a xxx - s G+ make a noticeable difference?

Yes.

Shorter on the front gives you more initial turn-in and less mid-corner and longer makes the car tamer into the corner and have a little more grip mid-corner.

Hope this helps,

Luke

from playing about we felt the bigest advantage was to be able to effectivly change weight around, realative to the wheelbase....

effects as stated by luke.... i could be wrong on the reasons though!

Yes i think your right, it changes the pressure on the front wheels by moving the weight forwards or backwards. More weight on the front wheels gives more initial steering and less more mid-corner.

how do you adjust the wheelbase on the XXXs?

There 2 little black plastic shims on the inner hingepin that can be put either side of the wishbone, miving the wishbone forwards and backwards thus altering the wheel base.
