I have seen lots of pictures of the phi 09 any ideas when it will be available, on rctech they are saying march/april is this true.

Late March, but most likely April is the latest info from the factory.

Lol no you don't have to worry just yet Tom. Just stumbled across it whilst browsing t'interweb.

The Mi4 however does give me warm fuzzy feelings ;) :D
