Thanks Mark....perhaps I should have been a bit clearer in my question....what was the car Chris Wilkinson was racing in the pic above ie GT10 class ;)

Chris used an associated 10R5

The plan was to have a reedy style race meeting, with the winner being awarded a prize.

However, mid-way through saturday it became apparent that some drivers were getting very 'in to' the racing, and some of the races were becoming scrappy. The decision was made to revert to the traditional 'demo style' like the other classes to clean it up and get all the acrs running really closely.

The prize was drawn from a hat containing all the drivers' names on Sunday afternoon, and the lucky winner was Chris.:)

also Mardave brushless was used with 4 cells and Lipo mode.

Joking aside great weekend great class and drivers lending there cars out for drivers to play with..
My Highlight of the weekend was the 1/8th stockcar Drive & Great bunch of racers, Simon i can't wait for the order to arrive :eek:

I thought you might have been testing the NEW Mardave V10 :D
Looking forward to it being released (the New V10 that is)

Can I ask why you run the speedo on Lipo mode when your running 4 cells? :confused:

I think he ran a 7.4V 1600 micro lipo pack...

In testing we only had about 10 runs on a BIG lipo so i wanted to see if they would run on a little lipo, all i would say is lipo got rarther hot so big C rated would be better and save little lipo for my micro

Rock Crawler, over a very challenging course :eek:

In GT10 Chris raced a 10R5 with a range of bodyshells. I really liked his Ford GT shell with Shelby stripes.

Looking forward to seeing the GTV10 Chris ;)

Gutted I missed this; someone should have got a video!

I heard the question from Wilko to them was;

"How would you like to be crawled all over?" - the girls were happy to oblige apparently! Must have been Wilko's charm and good looks. :p

Can someone confirm exactly which model of Kyosho bodyshell the '007' Aston Martin is on the first page, the one in 'genuine' colours?

Part numbers would be even better :D

that shell is the 1/8th Rally game size shell

VZB012 is the pre painted version.
39284 is the unpainted version.
39284-1 is the sponsor decal kit (unpainted has window / light decal sheet)
