the standard one is good out of the box but the xxxs g+ is so much smoother and quicker. depends on if you are looking to buy new or 2nd hand too. ;D

First of all, could you complete your profile with your full name as per rule5 - Thanks
Second, no one here is better at budgeting your purchase more than you are.
The G+ is a great car, quite a lot better than the std car. there is nothing that you can't do setup wise with the G+ that you can't do with the std cat. however, the std car can't rum some of the G+ setups and options.
hope that helps, any specific questions please feel free to ask.

Well is the graphite version a lot weaker then the standard?
Is it more likely to break and smash when I crash it, and yes I will crash it ;)

yes it could be. I have never really crash tested plastic vs graphite back to back but the general feeling is that graphite is lighter, and 'harder' but can be brittle.
plastic will flex a little to absorb impact.
I would not go as far as saying its 'a lot weaker' though

Graphite is Stiffer not stonger than the stock platic items, which is a mistake a lot of people make, and as Chris rightly say, Graphite can be more brittle in certain circumstances than the normal plastic.

so for an okish driver you are advising one to keep to stock parts on the buggy before going to graphite.
