Jaco wheels rubbing on hub

I went to mount a set of Jaco 28mm wheels onto my mission tonight and they rub on the hubs - has anyone ever mounted foams on their mission?

Are we talking rear hub??

I have used 26mm FAST tyres and they were ok. Also some TRC's and they were ok but very close. I know the 30mm foams do rub, i think that is the reason that the R12 cas car has a slightly different rear hub so that it doesn't rub.
