Rain curtailed practice this afternoon for the majority of drivers who came down today. The "track resculpturing" has caused a few problems but having spoken to a number of the "Top" drivers it appears to be quote "A mind thing". If you treat the track as normal all is well be if you worry to much about "the new bits" you seem to get drawn towards them and then the problems start.
Looks like you'll need a whole bunch of laps in the 13sec. bracket to make the A providing the track stays dry.

Great race meeting. FTD set by Andy Moore with his X Ray in the last round. The weather stayed dry, clouds loomed overhead occasionally but didn't download. All the finals were superb. The A was an absolute belter with Andy Moore, Craig Drescher and Kevin Brunsden really going for it with about the width of a fag paper between then, until Craig had a nasty moment and dislodged his body which caused his withdrawal from the race. Andy Moore benefited most from the moment and so did Chris Grainger who was at that time slowly hauling back the front 3 and it enabled him to sneak into second. In the meantime David Spashett was clawing his way through the field after a bad start and he finally caught Kevin Brunsden for third.
Thanks to all who attended. A special word to Joe and Joshua Anastasi who had travelled over from Malta to attend both the KO GP last weekend and the Nat. today. Thanks to both of you for the "drinkies" and the plaque which will take place of honour in the shop.

Hi friends. Greetings from Malta.

Having attended the Snetterton National on Sunday, it was somewhat of a relief to see that I am not the only idiot that runs a club almost single handed.

Well done Jon and Tris.

I have made other observations under different headings in this forum. All are written with a view to be constructive.

Now that i've been back home 24 hours I'm just about starting to recover.

Oh by the way, Josh loved the Snetterton circuit, despite the fact that he didn't manage a clean race all weekend.

Well done and thanks again.

Joe from sunny Malta.
