setup Advice.

Hi guys

I ran the 008 for the first time today on carpet and started with Elliott Harper's carpet war's 2day setup other than 350 oil instead of 400. The car was terrible for the first three min's, very loose mid corner at higher and lower speeds, and then became pretty good and could get consistant lap times. I put additive on front and rear for twenty-twenty five mins. Aslo tried half front tyre with warmer's, still no better.

Also the car could do with being a little more nimble in tighter sections.

Any ideas???

I would suggest looking at your additive technique. Put the rear additive on for around 30mins, then only apply the front additive for around 5mins before your run. Try coating only half the front tyre at first. If you find you want more steering then coat more of the front tyre, or if less steering is required put less than half on.
