Does everyone have problems with the chassis screws in a TC3, I have thrown away dozens of the things....can they be replaced with screws with a bigger hex or phillips head?
Hi, if your just using allen keys theres your problem, Try switching to a good set of allen drivers. They are expensive but well worth the money.
I think with the newer TC3 chassis the scews are sunk slightly more, witch protects the heads and makes them last a bit longer.

When I first bought my TC3, I thought half the screws had been rounded off, but then I went out and bought the Factory Team allen set, and they were all fine. Its well worth having a good set of allens ;)

I've had no problems with the chassis screws in mine. I havent really had to remove them many times though! Do you race outside Graeme?

TIR Titanium kit. No problems at all since. (bit on the pricey side though :o)

Yes that could be the answer indeed.....I did purchase some allan drivers from a tool shop but could only get a cheep 1/16th one. I should know better.....I'm a mechanic ???

I bought RPM drivers, which are relatively cheap and haven't had any problems with them.

I had the RPM drivers as well, the 1/16 driver is apt to get round soon.
(Or maybe I just use it that much ;D)
