Slippy floor setups for SD

I remember someone posting details of a Slippy floor setup for the SD on the CML site but I can't seem to find it now. Can anyone direct me to a good setup for wooden floor running yellow minipins with stock motors ?

I just run my car with the same setup as on carpet. Just add some droop (max you can).

I posted a setup before in this forum that I liked with fresh tyres - not so good with worn ones (I can never drive the car on worn tyres anyway).

Basic settings were lots of droop, Yellow Springs, 35wt oil, and the higher front roll-centre option (using the lower C-hub holes). Everything else pretty standard.
