iv just moved to cambridge and i dont no any clubs to race 1/10 eletric i see your club but am i right you race only sundays is there a meeting in the everning like other clubs run on a friday night ect ??

Yes, Sunday mornings only. Doors open at 9:30, first heat on the line is usually at around 10:30. Newcomers are always welcome, so by all means turn up to have a look when we start up again in September. If you haven't checked it already, the clubs website address can be found in the sticky thread at the top of the club's forum. :)

Hi Luke,

As Ralph says we race on Sunday mornings at Milton, so do come and see. There are 2 other tc clubs that I'm aware of in Cambridgeshire - and they are the Linton Club (which I think is fairly small) and also the confusingly named Bury Buggy Club which as far as I've gathered runs tc mainly! I think that they both run their meetings in the evening rather than the morning.

The Linton Club have just packed up due to not enough racers turning out (or are about to). To be honest, their hall was way too small to run touring cars anyway really! and for the last 6 months or so a lot of them had been racing FTX Blazes.

The Bury club is located in Risby, near Bury (which I'm pretty sure is in Suffolk? :rolleyes:)

There's also a Peterborough club which races on Saturdays.

ok thanks guys :) looks like ill be going to the cambridge club just i do alot of big meetings on sundays thats why i was looking for one in the week
