What setting for a small track?

What profile setting should I put on for a small indoor track?

Would recomend you still use program 4 but gear a bit lower so the motor does not get too hot,

Had no problems using programme 4 indoors, but as Bob said - watch that gearing as I have had thermal shutdown due to using a 30:72 ratio.

24:72 with a Pro4 gives me 7.31 ratio
