Springs table - I'm being thick

I just downlaoded the springs table from the old RC lab website (http://www.modeltech.co.uk/rclab/7-6protips.htm#spri) but I can't figure it out.

I have a set of RC lab springs that are gold, silver and black. The gold and silver springs seem harder than the black ones but the only gold / silvers ones in the chart are HPI ones that are very soft.

Am I being stupid or what?

Hi Giles,
That will be because you have the latest shorty spring set.
That chart includes the HPI as we used to use them, years ago until we had our own made.

Your springs are 22.5mm in length and Gold-6.5, Silver-6.0 and Black-5.5 rates.
