I've just ordered a Phi & I'm looking for a good safe baseline setup for 19T rubber on carpet running 2 diffs.

order yourself a spool it is worth it.

Stu is correct, you will find a spool so much better to drive and will be qicker than a diff on a whole lap.

Alt if you can not stretch to one just yet, tighten your front diff very tight for now. Just bare in mind it wont do your diff much good if you run it like that ALL the time.....

Thanks for that guys - won't have a spool to begin with but I'll give the tight diff a go.
