Brooklands info please...

Can someone from Brooklands please confirm a couple of things,just because we've never been there before.

1.Is it correct that there will be enough 'undercover' pitting room for all of us?(dont want to bring gazeebo if not needed)

2.If 'Yes' to no.1 then Will the mains power be available to all.

3.Do you have any catering arranged or should we bring our own.

possibly not for all depends if its a full house

as for mains power use your 12v it may not be capable of running every body and everybody extension leads etc

There are 2 dedicated covered pit areas which can accommodate
up to 120 drivers with mains power and lighting on every pit bench. Also in addition
to this there is a dedicated scrutineering bay and cleaning bay with high pressure air-line.

Directions for the track manualy: The track is located in the grounds of the Philippine craft centre on the A259 between Rye
and Brenzett. From London: M20 motorway to Junction 10 (2nd Ashford junction), follow
A2070 signs to Brenzett (10 miles). At Brenzett roundabout go straight ahead onto A259
(signposted Hastings/Rye). Past the Little Chef restaurant to Brookland roundabout (1 mile).
Philippine Craft Centre is 1 mile ahead towards Rye on the first bend. We are 1 hour from
the Dartford Tunnel located on the A259 South Coast road - Midway between New Romney and Rye.

Over night camping is available at the track for either Tents or Motor homes Price £5
per night.

No metion of food but if you email: brooklandraceway@yahoo.co.uk I'm sure they will let you know, most tracks of this size put on catering of some kind for big events like the STCC.
