TIR and F-Max do titanium sets but they are pretty exp. Trinity do both a red and blue set of light ally ones but be carefull not to strip in the chassis !!

depends what you want.

if you want pure lightness, Alu screws from Trinity are good.
if you want strenght, get some Team Losi replacement screws.
if you want the best of both worlds at a bigger expense get the F-Max screws.

there are certain screws on the car that should stay steel though, the shock mountings being one of them, the Ti screws just snap, as do the alu ones, the steel ones bend allowing you to at least finish your run.

I have gone with the F-Max Ti screws on my car. they are really good

They are available from a well known losi uk distributor?!

Bear in mind the Titanium is not stronger than steel for a given screw application, its just stronger gram for gram.

Also think about if your car is near the weight limit, then just use titanium or alu screws high up, this will lower the cog.

Have they changed then?
The ones I tried all had underize threads.
They were ok (just) in new parts, but useless in parts that had a screw thread in them already.

I built my cars with them, so they all went into new/almost new parts.

The F-Max ones are fine in old parts as the thereads are the same size as the standard screws. The ones with undersize threads were TIR I think.

The screws I have are both definitely undersize and made by F-Maxx.
