XXX upgrade parts

Hi people

Recently i broke a front shock tower on my losi XXX. it is a kinwald edition but iwas wonderind if there is any stronger front shock towers made by any other companies.

Also does anyone know where you can get rear aluminium pivot blocks.

the front shock tower on the xxx is quite hard to break, you mean the 'plate graphite' one? where and how did it break?

I think Trinity do alu pivot blocks, check their website, they also do front one too.

Someone left a broom on thhe track - i thhink it was me actually :( well anyway i basically slammed into it and broke the tower between its connection to the chhassis and thhe shhock mounting bit - quite an acheivement. lol yes it is the plate graphite one i think.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the shock tower, John, just dodge the broom next time ;D

they make a front pivot block too if you are interested.

lol, interesting accident, i told you they were strong and 'should' not break during 'normal' operation :P ::)
