Hi,
ive just got a old setup sheet that uses internal shock spacers instead of droop screws, and i was wondering what the equivelent was using droop screws. It say 4 spacers if that helps.

4 spacers was for the front, 2 for the rear...

Well ive got a setup sheet saying 4 all round, and i just wanted to know what setting on the droop gauge (with droop screws) this would equate to (does it equal the no of spacers? ie 4 spacers = 4 on droop gauge).

(ps christ that was fast!)

no it does not effect the droop, its similar to a losi xxx-s g+ shockers, the front are shorter so that you can get the rid height lower at the front, all the internal spacers do is reduce the amount the shocked *dampens* <--- dunno if its a word, but i know what i mean. ;D

Kev you would have to have a significant percentage of the travel to be taken up by internal spacers for it to effect the damping, trust me!
You can just use the droop screws to get the same setting.
As to how much it will depend on a whole host of things.
My suggestion is to build it up with the internal spacers and then measure the droop, set the other side up the same on the screws (remembering to take the spacers out of the first shock.
This may well be different front to rear due to shock angles, static shock lengths etc.
