Hi, guys, Quite a while back I bought a SST 2000 BMW M3, and have had nothing but problems. The main problem is that the bevel cog keeps wairing down because it is not quite alined properly with the clutch. Why this is I dont know because there is only one position once the thing is screwed in right?? Ive been through about 10 bevel gears with no success. Sometimes I think its fixed and it works for 5 minutes but then suddenly it happens & shreds the cog. The other problem is that that Fuel is leaking as it enters the carb, i think this is because the arm for some reason has started moving and its not alligned with the entry to the carb anymore forcing the fuel to leak everywhere. Can someone help?? I took it to a Shop which will remain nameless and they just ripped me off by doing bugger all to it & charging me £20 in the process. If anyone can suggest anything or indeed fix it, im happy to give them £25 or so.
