A couple of questions which I know I'll get an answer to. :)
Integrated Servo Saver
Is this still under development??
Front belt tensioner
Should I run one? - the belt does seem fairly loose on the front (7.7 pro)

I know Mike has the bellcrank servo saver fitted to their own car, I don't know if it's still planned for production.
You might need a belt tensioner if you are running 17/37 on the 7-7, you could get away without it on the 7.6. If you're running 15/32 then you should have no need to run the tensioner for either Stock or Mod.

Thanks James - I'm running 15/32 but I find your comment strange.
If I might need one to run 17/37 why wouldn't I need one for 15/32??
In my mind 15/32 would be smaller dia than 17/37 so the belt would be looser??

Hi George,
Integrated s/saver still in development.
The 17/37 drive option uses different (longer) belts, and this, with the slight re-location of the diff in the 7-7 means front belt will be slightly loose and needs to use a front tensioner to prevent tooth jumping.
As James says, 15/32 is absolutely fine in stock and mod as is. The belt should be loose not tight. It should only be as tight as it needs to be to prevent any tooth jumping. If the belt is under tension it can oscillate at high speed which will dramatically degrade the transmission efficiency. You can experiment with this yourself by just watching the belt at different tensions - be aware that the drive will not be under load if you do this off the ground. The ideal tension is when the belt will not jump and the oscillation is at the minimum (note: all belts oscillate to a degree!).
PS: that is the problem with very long (front to back) belt runs!
